The role requires proven outside B2B sales in staffing, strong leadership, and a track record of meeting quotas. On-site duties include managing a team and client portfolio with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a major plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening long-term client partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach – lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve goals while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals while driving branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends locally.
