Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven outside B2B sales in staffing preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits with a consultative approach.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Act as player-coach—lead and coach a small recruiting team while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on sales goals and drive overall branch profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends locally.
