Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• Two to four years of related dealership sales or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors dealership management functions and conducts evaluations of department managers.
• Plans dealership operations for the coming year and aligns with area and corporate goals.
• Hires, trains, and motivates department managers and maintains morale.
• Manages budgets, revenue, and expense objectives and ensures timely reporting.
• Resolves customer complaints and enforces company policies.
