TruGreen is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager in Little Rock, AR to lead and enhance all sales activities at the branch level. The role requires strategic planning, marketing program execution, and strong leadership to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee lead generation, staff training, performance measurement, and staffing for 10+ reps, with travel within the market as needed. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field or equivalent.
Proven sales experience and strong leadership abilities.
Proficiency with sales analytics and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

Strategic sales planning: develop branch-level sales plans and forecasts.
Marketing program execution: support door-to-door and other programs to grow profits.
Lead generation: compile lists and assist in closing sales as needed.
Customer satisfaction: address sales/service complaints and retention.
Training and development: train sales staff in customer service and selling.
Workflow management: create schedules and monitor branch performance.
Staffing and HR: recruit and manage 10+ reps and review performance.
