Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field required
• Proven experience in sales

• Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools
• Ability to travel to all Door to Door routes within the market

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and forecasts at branch level within budget.
• Marketing Program Execution: Collaborate on marketing programs to drive profit growth.
• Lead Generation: Compile lists to generate sales leads and assist in closing sales.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address sales/service complaints and manage cancellations.
• Training and Development: Organize ongoing training for sales personnel.
• Workflow Management: Create schedules and monitor team sales performance.
• Performance Standards: Develop and maintain performance metrics and corrective actions.
• Staffing and HR Management: Recruit and staff 10+ peak reps and manage performance.
