Qualifications

• Knowledge of managing P&L, leadership, and compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and drive growth under direction from the Division Director.
• Provide training and coaching in procedures, policies, banking, auditing, and company standards.
• Manage marketing efforts and collaborate with division and corporate teams to increase market share.
