Advance America is hiring a Branch Sales Manager in Ballwin, MO. This role leads the branch, drives sales and profitability, coaches staff, and ensures compliant operations under guidance from the Division Director. Strong emphasis on training and marketing to grow market share and customer base.

The BSM will shape branch culture, supervise daily activities, and collaborate with corporate marketing to implement campaigns while maintaining excellent customer service and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L, sales, collections, and cost controlling measures.
• Ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations to achieve branch goals and profitability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow market share.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate branch team performance.
• Build relationships with customers and monitor satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Provide training on procedures, sales, and customer experience.
