Job summary

Advance America's Antioch branch is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead the branch's operation and growth, with direction from the DDO. The BSM ensures staff are trained in procedures, policies, products, and programs, and clearly has a passion for sales, marketing, and training.

The BSM will increase performance, productivity, and profitability, promote employee engagement and teamwork through coaching and development, and lead by example in a hands-on, approachable manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Two years of prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and achieve division goals.
• Provide training and guidance on procedures and policies.
• Develop marketing strategies to grow market share.
• Coach and develop branch staff for sales performance.
• Build relationships with customers in market and over the phone.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
