Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive revenue, grow accounts, and maximize branch performance. You will leverage a consultative approach to recommend solutions, manage the loan lifecycle, and ensure a high-energy, service-focused customer experience while supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance and profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
