Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to grow client accounts, recruit and lead a top branch team, and deliver strong customer service to clients and candidates.

You will develop strategies to expand existing accounts, manage the branch P&L, and ensure service levels and KPIs are met while driving growth across the local market. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with all levels of staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new ones to expand revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and support staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure client requirements, SLAs, and service levels are met with high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales and upper management to align client needs with staffing solutions.
