Job summary

You will manage P&L, budget planning, and pay/bill rate decisions while driving recruitment strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the branch.

• Experience leading sales or service teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts, build relationships and increase revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and budgeting, with cost control measures.
• Lead, coach and develop recruiters and branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, SLAs and client requirements.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, pay/bill rate negotiation, and onboarding.
