Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• High degree of multi-tasking expertise.
• Previous sales and customer service experience in a retail banking environment.
• Strong ability to quickly build rapport.
• Sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Flexible to branch hours and occasional off-branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in sales campaigns to achieve deposit growth goals.
