Chase in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, deliver hospitality, and represent the brand while driving deposits, investments, and daily operations. You will coach the branch, manage performance, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

The role requires strong leadership, risk awareness, and comfort with the latest banking technology to deliver tailored financial solutions and exceptional client experiences in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong leadership to coach and empower employees.
• Ability to grow deposits and investments while delivering exceptional client service.
• Comfort with technology and delivering financial solutions to clients.
