Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional client service, and grow deposits and investments while upholding risk and compliance. You will coach and develop staff, foster a welcoming culture, and represent Chase with hospitality and integrity.

In this role, you will manage operations, prioritize client needs, and drive performance using the Branch Scorecard, with weekend/evening hours and training commitments including the Branch Manager Program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach employees to achieve results.
• Experience in managing branch operations and customer service quality.
• Proven multitasking ability with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Decision making with strong risk awareness and policy adherence.
• Ability to influence, educate and connect teams with technology.
• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
