Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Learn and navigate different computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Agree to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, accurate order entry, safely picking products, and loading customer vehicles
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, and in-person interactions
• Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders and shipping products
• Prepare customer backorders and put away received stock
• Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment
• Perform inventory counts
• Navigate computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse activities
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain branch appearance standards
• Report to the Store Manager
