Job summary

GreenState Credit Union in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Manager Retail Branch to lead, mentor and develop sales and service teams across branches. You will drive branch performance, customer experience, and community engagement while managing staffing and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to implement effective strategies to meet goals. A track record in credit union operations and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ credit union or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• High energy with ability to win business and open accounts.
• Thorough knowledge of products and credit union policies.
• Ability to network/build relationships to grow business.
• Interpersonal skills to represent the credit union positively.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages retail branch offices, including HR, audit, facilities, training and project assignments.
• Implements plan to support goals and reinforces policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates teamwork in all interactions and ensures confidentiality of member information.
• Participates in community and business functions to promote the credit union.
• Monitors and reports branch activities in key performance areas.
• Coaches branches to achieve loan and deposit goals and referrals.
