Enterprise Holdings Logan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers at the Logan branch. You will assist with rental needs, provide administrative support, and serve as a rental back-up in a busy location.

The position pays starting at $17.50/hour and is on-site at 896 1/2 N Main St, Logan, UT. You will receive local training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide rental company while helping

Qualifications

• Experience focused on delivering high-level customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Ability to answer questions, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries; provide information and resolutions.
• Manage callback and follow-up communications; assist with various rental-related tasks.
• Greet customers, explain rental terms, upsell optional protection and services as appropriate.
