Shore United Bank is seeking a Mobile Branch Banking Specialist I (Mobile Bank Teller) to join our team. The position travels to multiple branches in the Chesapeake North region, delivering personal, friendly service while handling typical teller transactions and promoting bank products.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to adapt to a rotating schedule, and a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities daily and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Provide superior customer service in person and over the phone.
• Promote bank products and services to help customers meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with bank partners for referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and support branch operations and regulatory training.
