Branch Relationship Banker (Sunset Branch)

We are now accepting applications for a Branch Relationship Banker to join the team at our Sunset branch in Henderson, NV.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, focusing on sales and service, including new accounts, consumer loans, and client service issues.
2. Resolve client concerns through direct action or by referring clients to appropriate bank departments.
3. Make referrals for other bank products and services, including commercial lending products.
4. Follow up with clients as needed.
5. Perform cash transactions, open or update accounts, originate and close consumer or small business loans if needed.
6. Resolve customer service issues.
7. Establish, expand, and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service tailored to each customer's needs.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience as a universal banker/personal banker or in a similar retail banking role; an equivalent combination of education and experience may suffice.
• Previous experience in a financial sales-oriented role is preferred.
• Proficient in mathematical calculations and standard banking products, services, and transactions.
• Strong knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Basic knowledge of consumer lending applications.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective selling, cross-selling, and referral skills.
• Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and good time management.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $22 - $24/hour
