Job summary

Amegy Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Banker to join the South Hulen Street Fort Worth branch. You will engage clients, assess financial needs, and deliver tailored banking solutions to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has a history of relationship-driven sales, strong communication, and knowledge of consumer lending and banking products. Full-time role with standard banking hours and growth opportunities in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably in universal banker/personal banker roles.
• Proven relationship-driven sales experience with ability to meet targets and cross-sell banking products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust.
• Knowledge of consumer lending processes and ability to guide loan applications.
• Broad understanding of deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration in compliance with SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management through financial needs assessments and tailored banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships with outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and ongoing service support.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, identifying referral opportunities and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while addressing client inquiries.
• Deliver sales-focused banking solutions that drive branch performance with exceptional service.
