Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience preferred in a universal/personal banker role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven relationship-driven sales experience with ability to meet targets and cross-sell products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales discovery and client relationship management by assessing financial needs and recommending banking solutions.
• Build and manage client relationships through outbound outreach, in-branch engagement, and ongoing service support.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products, identify referral opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Open and service accounts, issue ATM cards, and originate/close consumer loans while assisting clients.
