Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking to customers with focus on sales and service.
• Open new accounts, consumer loans, and refer banking products.
• Resolve client concerns or refer to appropriate department.
• Refer other products and services and assist with cash transactions as needed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
