Job summary

Adecco Group in Chattanooga seeks a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, craft tailored recruiting strategies, build a broad talent pipeline, and guide candidates through resumes, interview prep and selection.

You will also participate in client meetings to refine requirements and ensure alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for diverse clients.
• Analyze hiring needs and create client- and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline and guide candidates through resumes and interview prep.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet KPIs.
• Redeploy temporary associates and maintain relationships with associates and clients.
