Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) seeks a Branch Quality Engineer for our Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, TX.

You will work with the branch project teams and the Regional Quality Manager to lead quality across the QMS, identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and ensure quality programs are applied throughout the office. Key tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining quality plans, submitting plans for approval, managing CARs/PARs, coordinating audits,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in commercial/industrial construction.
• 2–3 years leading others.
• Experience with interior services.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Procore, MS Office.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer quality inquiries and assessments.
• Assist RQM with quality plans, procedures, and forms.
• Submit project/product line quality plans for approval.
• Submit subcontractor quality plans for approval.
• Support quality contractual obligations for projects.
• Maintain CARs and PARs logs.
• Lead quality toolbox talks and foreman meeting materials.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
• Prepare Audit Finding Reports and logs.
• Provide quality training and monitor QMS implementation.
