Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks a Branch Quality Engineer for PCI Dallas 114 in Midlothian, TX to lead quality initiatives across branch projects, monitor QMS performance, and drive improvements with the Regional Quality Manager.

You’ll partner with operations, manage audits and corrective actions, mentor quality teams, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client requirements; willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in commercial/industrial construction
• 2-3 years of experience leading others
• Experience with interior services
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Procore, and MS Office
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• Spanish language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality inquiries and assessments
• Support RQM with quality plans and forms
• Lead/coordinate quality plans for projects and subcontractors
• Support QMS nonconformance reporting and CAPAs
• Deliver quality toolbox talks and training
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits
• Maintain audit findings and related logs
• Mentor project quality teams
• Ensure compliance with QMS and ISO 9001 standards
