Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills through hands-on technical tasks.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with project teams.
• Create and manage punch lists and assist QA/QC measures.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals for projects.
• Handle labor control and support scheduling on assigned projects.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs for material ordering.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M activities.
• Assist with procurement via purchase orders and invoicing.
