Job summary

You will report to the Director of Compliance & Oversight for Consumer Banking and work closely with the Compliance team.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, documentation, data aggregation, and cross-team collaboration to protect customers and ensure regulatory adherence across branches.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of branch/bank operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of a scheduled work week.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to build relationships and inspire trust across the organization.
• Proficient writing ability and strong experience with Microsoft Suite software and related banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each review includes assessment of branch documentation and cash on hand.
• Issue summary memorandum with overall risk rating for each branch review.
• Maintain an ongoing risk rating guide for branch risk levels.
• Assist in operations related projects as needed.
• Cultivate partnerships with Consumer Operations and Consumer Delivery Team.
• Collaborate with partners to respond to regulatory bodies and audits.
• Evaluate monthly operational documentation for branch performance reporting.
• Serve as a supportive resource for Consumer Banking operations matters.
• Support the Director of Compliance & Oversight with data aggregation and reporting.
