Job summary

Origin Bank is seeking a Retail Compliance and QC Analyst to establish and monitor deposit compliance and quality control processes. You will lead first line of defense and track federal, state, and local regulations to safeguard policies.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and Risk teams, maintain RCSA/KRI/KPI metrics, and provide guidance to staff. Strong regulatory knowledge and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of federal and state regulatory compliance and related laws.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 5–7 years of senior compliance experience.
• Experience in large or regional banking with CFPB oversight is preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate into actionable controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the impact of new regulations and changes to existing regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate efforts to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Establish and maintain RCSA, KRI, and KPI to assess performance and risk.
• Provide compliance guidance to retail staff on applicable laws and regulations.
• Test, retest, and document findings; collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit and Risk teams.
• Produce monthly management reports and communicate deficiencies with stakeholders.
