EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional in Portage, Indiana to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, propose tailored offerings, and build lasting relationships for exceptional service and long-term value.

The role focuses on securing new business through warm leads, cold calls, and on-site visits, while conducting inspections for infestations and explaining proposals to clients.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing (if applicable).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to the Vehicle Policy.
