EcoShield Pest Solutions in Portage, Indiana is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, present tailored proposals, and build lasting relationships to deliver quality service and long-term value.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $16.60 plus commission, with most teammates earning $60,000–$90,000. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a strong safety policy accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via leads, calls, and on-site visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals.
• Respond to sales leads and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to Vehicle Policy.
