Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach in the Indianapolis area. You will identify needs, recommend tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional pest control services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and make proposals/presentations to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and territory and proactively generate additional opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
