Responsibilities

• Open various new accounts and educate customers about services/products.
• Assist with a wide variety of customer services including certificates, safe deposit boxes, checkbooks, loan applications, wires, and notary.
• Explain and expedite IRA certificates and CD openings with penalties and earnings.
• Provide backup to tellers when needed.
• Set up auto transfers, ACH, and wires.
• Adhere to laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
• Promote additional services during every customer contact.
