Job summary

The position offers full-time hours with on-call responsibilities and potential growth within a locally rooted credit union. A Notary public is preferred and notary eligibility is expected within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience in loan underwriting and managing loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations including customer service and personnel.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales by promoting loan products and managing portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and internal policies.
• Oversee profitability through cost controls and process improvements.
• On-call 24 hours/ 7 days a week.
• NMLS and Notary Public eligibility.
• Travel as assigned.
