Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking Branch Operations Interns for our 100% onsite program. You will learn the daily branch operations, assist with loan processing, funding, and regulatory training, and participate in process improvement projects.

The role offers hands-on exposure to leadership and potential full-time opportunities after graduation. Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors in Business or Finance, eager to learn, reliable, with strong communication skills, and able to commit 18–20 hours

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet our acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch and broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding including auditing files and preparing docs.
• Attend meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations and related departments.
• Work on branch operations process improvement projects and learn about corporate roles.
