Job summary

vnbcareers is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Leader to drive transformational change, oversee staffing, and optimize branch processes. You will work with the Senior Division Operations Manager to implement tech upgrades, improve service levels, and ensure compliance across operations.

The role emphasizes strong business acumen, multitasking, and decision making in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in branch account opening and/or platform, branch management development experience.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Prior experience in Retail banking, credit union, or financial institution is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Leads transformational change including technology upgrades, product updates, digital and self-service options in the branch.
Partner with SDOM to assist with staffing and managing employee issues related to non-sales activities.
Analyze processes and propose new or updated procedures to lower cost and maximize efficiency.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert to resolve complex branch and customer issues.
Conduct branch operational assessments and create remediation plans with coaching for branch management.
