Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Operations Trainee in Beltsville, MD to learn all branch functions from purchasing and inventory to basic accounting and billing.

You will support office administration, invoicing processes, and daily branch operations while ensuring accurate record-keeping and a clean, organized environment. Ideal candidates have an Associates degree (preferred), at least 3 years of related experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support purchasing, inventory, basic accounting and billing processes
• Assist with office administration duties and general branch upkeep
• Coordinate receptionist scheduling and back-up coverage as needed
• Assist with invoicing, filing, and payment workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support maintenance of office equipment and essential supplies
• Help maintain neat, professional office and store environments
