Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience in financial services, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• SIE required; Series 7 and 66 required; ability to obtain Series 9 & 10 within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and back up all branch operations and keep compliance with policies.
• Coordinate branch-home office workflow with home office personnel.
• Supervise and train branch operations associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure staffing, cross-training, and workflow efficiency.
• Review invoices, orders, and branch expenses; maintain manuals.
