Rain for Rent seeks an Operations Support Representative in Midland, TX to act as a liaison between the operational and administrative branch units. You will manage customer rental contracts, track service jobs, and coordinate with field staff to ensure timely, accurate updates.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required (two-year college/technical school)
• Knowledge of Branch Operations and Office Administration
• Licenses: Driver License

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and support management of customer rental contracts.
• Track and monitor service jobs for month-end documentation.
• Coordinate with personnel on equipment servicing, engine work, and DOT reports.
• Maintain vehicle and maintenance tracking; oversee fleet maintenance and DOT compliance.
• Audit and submit DOT logs and Trip & Dispatch Reports.
• Generate Purchase Orders for stock and branch purchases.
• Coordinate sub-hauling of equipment and branch transfers.
• Monitor safety records and ensure distribution.
• Support daily paperwork collection and distribution.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and billing of expenses.
