You will manage accounts receivable/payable, inventory, purchase orders, and invoicing while supporting safety, compliance, and clear communication with branch and corporate teams. This role offers growth in a family-owned company with a strong culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch administration and office operations.
• Knowledge of contracts, accounts receivable/payable, invoicing.
• Familiarity with payroll, credit, and HR functions.
• Strong organizational and records management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer branch office operations per SOPs and procedures.
• Review and enter contracts.
• Administer and manage invoicing and cash application.
• Collect and accurately apply accounts receivable.
• Process accounts payable submissions for approval.
• Collect and process branch payroll data and expenses.
• Maintain personnel records and support HR tasks.
• Assist Branch Manager with financial reporting and analysis.
