Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 5 years' experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
• Preferred Area of Experience: Management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Service standards: foster collaborative partnerships and identify sales or referral opportunities; improve performance with coaching and bank initiatives.
• Operations and administration: ensure compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and risk management; manage deposits and transaction accuracy.
• Team leadership: supervise a team, provide feedback and coaching, and collaborate with bank partners to meet goals.
