Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in oil, gas, industrial, or related industry.
• 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Bell Supply Company product lines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch manager in overseeing branch performance.
• Manage 1-5 employees as directed by the Branch Manager.
• Help manage store inventory and order deliveries.
• Serve as liaison between manager, staff, and customers.
• Make and receive sales and customer calls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and safety standards.
