Job summary

Lansing Building Products LLC seeks a Branch Operations Manager in the Dallas area to oversee daily branch operations under the branch manager. You will supervise the inside sales staff and warehouse manager and drive customer service excellence.

You will monitor inventory, payroll, and branch reporting while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and sales. The role demands strong leadership, communication, and strong knowledge of inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Live mission and values; manage the day-to-day operation of the branch under the branch manager.
• Supervise the inside sales staff and the warehouse manager.
• Lead customer service initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and sales.
• Monitor branch operations, including warehouse processes, inventory, fleet, payroll, deposits, cycle counts, and daily reports.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager and staff and leverage Lansing's inventory network.
• Be responsible for staffing and coverage at the branch.
• Execute necessary actions to get the job done while adhering to the mission statement.
