Job summary

Working under the Branch Manager, this role partners with office staff to coordinate daily operations, procedures, and resources to meet branch and corporate objectives. The Assistant Branch Manager will play a hands-on role in office operations, recruiting, customer support, and administrative execution, helping ensure service

Qualifications

• Support branch inside sales efforts including outbound prospecting calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse personalities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism.
• Sound administrative and time-management skills.
• Adhere to company policies and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least two years of office/administrative experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day branch operations to meet objectives.
• Assist with customer and employee interactions to ensure service quality.
• Identify staffing needs and support recruiting, screening, and placement of temporary employees.
• Coordinate employee assignments and maintain staffing records.
• Support recruiting activities, including applicant intake and screening.
• Process payroll and invoicing accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain employee files, data, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
