• General mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• Experience in equipment rental/construction preferred.
• Basic automotive repair skills preferred.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders and enter data into the system.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and requests.
• Perform clerical duties and filing.
• Handle paperwork for auction day with supervisor guidance.
• Learn automobile titling as needed.
• Assist with other office functions as required.
• Record vehicle check-in data and file information.
• Detail vehicles to enhance auction value.
• Safely move vehicles around the facility.
• Assist visitors and direct to the right personnel.
• Operate loaders as needed.
• Report policy violations to a supervisor.
