Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, is seeking a Branch Operations Assistant to support customer inquiries and office tasks in the yard during live auctions.

You will participate in loader operation, vehicle check-in, and vehicle detailing to optimize auction value and smooth the sale process. Join a team that delivers critical support for a multi-million dollar auction operation.

Qualifications

Leadership and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
Process orders and data entries.
Reference pricing and delivery information.
Respond to questions, complaints, and requests.
Handle clerical duties and documentation for auction days.
Assist with yard functions and vehicle check-in.
Detail vehicles to improve auction appearance.
Move vehicles around the facility safely.
Assist visitors and direct to appropriate staff.
Operate loader and related duties as needed.
Report policy violations to supervisor.
Learn forklift operation within 90 days.
Support other office functions as needed.
