Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC, a Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers company, seeks a Branch Operations Assistant for a 100% travel-based role. You will handle customer inquiries, clerical duties, and yard functions including Loader Operation to ensure vehicle records are accurate during the sale process.

Responsibilities include processing orders, data entry, and assisting with upkeep; opportunity to learn titling and other branch tasks. Must travel frequently with base at your nearest home branch.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation within 90 days.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, phone, and in person.
• Process orders, enter data, and reference pricing information.
• Ensure proper paperwork for auction day and approvals.
• Detail and prepare vehicles for auction to maximize value.
