Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; willing to learn Epicor Prophet 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional counter, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Learn product knowledge to support customer needs.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders; maintain documentation and inventory records.
• Estimate delivery timelines based on inventory levels, supplier availability, and production schedules.
• Perform outbound follow-ups with customers by phone/email.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming products; verify and locate in system.
• Pull, pick, and distribute products to fulfill orders; operate RF scanner.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and quality checks.
• Package, label, and ship orders with carriers; ensure accuracy and security.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts; uphold quality standards.
• Make local pickups/deliveries; communicate with customers and team.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
