Job summary

Banner Bank is seeking an experienced teller supervisor to lead daily branch operations in Oregon. You will oversee the processing of deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments, while coaching the teller team and driving sales and client service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6+ years in retail banking, and supervision experience. You will ensure policy adherence, manage risk, and serve as acting manager when the Branch Manager is away.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ years retail banking experience is required.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is required.
• Extensive knowledge of retail banking products, policies, procedures, and systems.
• Strong client service, communication, and referral abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processing of daily financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
• Lead sales, operations, and client service while coaching the teller team.
• Support operational tasks and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Enforce policies to minimize risk and support audit results.
• Engage clients with Banner Way and present tailored recommendations.
