Job summary

You will refer customers to specialists, work as part of a team, and uphold high reliability while meeting policies and security requirements in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Equival ent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals required.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide an excellent experience for clients and act as the face of the Bank.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services.
• Refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products and services through in-person and telephone conversations.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
