Job summary

Banner Bank in Temecula, CA is seeking a dependable Teller to process transactions and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will promote Bank products, meet referral goals, and lead by example in sales, service, and operations within the branch.

The role requires 2+ years teller sales experience, strong organizational skills, and comfort with Windows-based tools. You’ll support branch operations, train colleagues, and maintain compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years teller experience with sales experience and goals.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Windows-based applications, calculators, and basic PC tasks.
• Solid math, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with polished phone/email etiquette.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work branch hours as scheduled.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
